By accessing or using ScholarConnect ("the Platform"), operated by Karyptoc Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
ScholarConnect is an online marketplace that connects clients (students and researchers) with freelance academic writers. The Platform facilitates the ordering, delivery, and payment of academic writing services. ScholarConnect acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the content produced by writers.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. ScholarConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Content delivered through ScholarConnect is intended for research, reference, and learning purposes only. Clients are solely responsible for how they use delivered content. ScholarConnect does not condone academic dishonesty and strongly encourages users to comply with their institution's academic integrity policies.
Clients pay a 50% deposit upon placing an order. Funds are held in escrow and released to the writer only upon client approval of delivered work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval. If no action is taken within 72 hours of delivery, the order is auto-approved and full payment released to the writer.
Each order includes 2 free revisions, which must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the original order instructions. Additional revisions beyond the free allowance may incur extra charges.
Users may not: share personal contact information through the Platform's messaging system; attempt to transact outside the Platform; engage in harassment, abuse, or fraud; create multiple accounts; or attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
If a client is unsatisfied with delivered work, they may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery. ScholarConnect admin will review the dispute and issue a resolution within 48 hours. Admin decisions are final.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered content. Writers retain no rights to resell or republish content delivered to a client. ScholarConnect retains rights to its platform design, branding, and codebase.
ScholarConnect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
